Maritim Indonesia – The NPCT1 Workers Union (SP NPCT1), with the support of NPCT1 management, organized a Fun Match Mini Soccer event as part of its efforts to strengthen collaboration with shipping partners HMM and SITC. The activity involved teams from Operational and Commercial divisions and was designed to promote cross-functional engagement.
Beyond a sporting event, the initiative served as a platform to enhance communication, build mutual trust, and strengthen collaborative working relationships among SP NPCT1, management, and shipping partners.
Secretary General of SP NPCT1, Imam Ahmad Faisal, emphasized that initiative contribute to building a healthy and collaborative work culture.
